SHIPPING POLICY 2022

All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours (business days only), or Monday if ordered on a weekend. 

Within Australia

FREE Australia post standard shipping for orders over AU$100.

AU$12 standard rate shipping (approx 3-7 days depending on your location).

AU$17 optional express post shipping for orders can be selected at checkout (approx 2-4 days depending on your location). For orders over AU$200 we charge AU$26 for Express post due to the weight.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY 6km from Dee Why 2099 for orders over $60.

International Shipping

AU$20 flat rate shipping to New Zealand.

AU$35 flat rate to some EURO countries including Germany, UK, Switzerland & Portugal. Price will be shown at checkout. 

AU$35 flat rate to the USA & Canada. Price will be shown at checkout. 

Standard International - AU$35 flat rate shipping to the US, UK, Western Europe, Pacific Islands and Asia.

For other countries please enter your shipping address at checkout and your shipping charges will be calculated.

RETURNS

We want nothing more than for you to love your Mindful Steps purchase. So if you wish to return your purchase for any reason we will gladly provide a full refund. 

-Complete the return form which was enclosed with your order. If you can't find it please email us and we'll send you a new one (hello@mindfulstepsboutique.com). 

-Please post your returns to us (26 Nimbey Avenue Narraweena 2099 NSW) within 14 days of purchase. 

-When trying on shoes please do so on a soft surface, to avoid scratching or marking the sole. 

-Upon receipt of the goods, your refund will be processed less any original shipping charges. 

EXCHANGES

If you need to swap a size, contact us and use the return form. We are happy to send you another size using standard delivery, but limited to one swap. After that if you need yet another size swap, we will refund you and you can reorder.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please send us an email with your:

-Original invoice number
-Photo of the damage or fault

Once we receive your email we will respond as soon as possible with a replacement product, or if stock is unavailable, a refund. 

SALES ITEMS

Sales items cannot be swapped but you are welcome to return item for a refund and then reorder.
