Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY 2024

All orders are shipped from Sydney and dispatched within 24 hours (business days only), or Monday if ordered on a weekend. 

Within Australia

Standard Auspost shipping rate (approx 3-7 days depending on your location) calculated by kg. 

Optional express post shipping for orders can be selected at checkout (approx 2-4 days depending on your location).

Free pick-up can be chosen at check out.

International Shipping

AU$25.99 flat rate shipping to New Zealand.

AU$55 flat rate to some EURO countries including Germany, UK, Switzerland & Portugal. Price will be shown at checkout. 

AU$40 flat rate to the USA & Canada. Price will be shown at checkout. 

For other countries please enter your shipping address at checkout and your shipping charges will be calculated. Usually the cost is between $55-$85 depending on weight. A pair of boots in a larger size weighs about 1.1kg.

RETURNS

We want nothing more than for you to love your Mindful Steps purchase. So if you wish to return your unworn purchase for any reason we will gladly provide a full refund within 14 days. 

-Complete the return form which was enclosed with your order. If you can't find it please email us and we'll send you a new one (hello@mindfulstepsboutique.com). 

-Please post your returns to 26 Nimbey Avenue Narraweena 2099 NSW within 14 days of purchase. Please note that customer is responsible for return postage. If you are concerned how much this would cost using Australia post, use the chat function to check with me.

-When trying on shoes please do so on a soft surface, to avoid scratching or marking the sole. 

-Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, your refund will be processed less any original shipping charges. We cannot give a refund for items that has been worn outside or has sign of wear or damage/stains. 

EXCHANGES

If you need to swap a size, use the return form and post back to us (26 Nimbey Avenue Narraweena 2099 NSW) within 14 days of purchase. It is always a good idea to also email me so I can reserve your size.

Please note that customer is responsible for return postage. If you are concerned how much this would cost using Australia post, use the chat function to check with me. 

We are happy to send you another size using free standard delivery, but limited to one size swap. After that if you need yet another size swap, we will refund you and you can reorder.

To avoid size swaps you can send me your measurements and I will assist the best I can with the correct size.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

- - We always respond to customer messages promptly, if you have not had a reply, check your spam as shopify emails often end up there. If you have not got a reply, then we have not received your message. You can email, use customer contact form or Chat At the bottom of your screen. FB or IG messenger is not recommended as the messages often hide - - 

If your shoes have a problem, send us an email along with a photo and we will help to resolve the issue. If the shoe can be repaired it would be the best outcome to avoid waste. Get in touch and our friendly customer team will assist.

Our shoes are fashion shoes. Please do not wear in wet grass, sand, puddles and mud. Do not wear whilst riding a motorbike or bicycle. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn down and damaged in these scenarios.

 

SALES ITEMS

Sales items can be swapped if size is available and you are welcome to return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
